What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering is your chance to purchase selected products while our factory is closed for holidays. This means the item is still in production at the time of your order and won't be immediately available in our warehouse. After making your payment, it's important to verify that the product is pre-ordered. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.
What are the advantages of pre-ordering an item?
The advantage of pre-ordering an item is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without the risk of it being sold out as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Demand for some items can be high, and for this reason, their availability may be depleted before they are even physically in stock.
When does a delay occur and why?
The products in our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing stages. The production sequence is linear, although errors can occur.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I combine in-stock items and pre-order items?
Absolutely yes! You can:
- Create two separate orders: one including items available in stock and the other including pre-order items. The order containing the available items will be shipped according to our shipping time policy.
- Place a group order and wait for the pre-ordered items to arrive. In this case, the entire order will be held and shipped in its entirety.

Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?
You can cancel your order. Please see the refund policy for more details on how to cancel your order.
Can I modify my order?
Yes! You can modify your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, phone number) within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified.
